MockupLite sells digital credit packs. These credits are consumable digital goods that are immediately added to your account upon purchase.

2. Standard Refund Policy

Because our product is a digital good that is delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once the credits have been successfully applied to your account, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

3. Technical Errors and Exceptions

We may offer refunds or credit adjustments at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

You were charged but the digital credits were not added to your account due to a technical error.
A critical bug in our platform prevented you from using your credits to generate mockups.

If you experience any technical issues with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.
